To offer Prime Exclusive Discounts for Prime Day, sellers must have a Seller Feedback Rating of at least 4 stars. Sellers who have not received any buyer feedback ratings can also offer Prime Exclusive Discounts for Prime Day.
Product ratings must be at least 3.5 stars or no ratings.
The discount must be at least 20% off the non-member, non-promotional price (i.e., "your price" or "sale price", whichever is lower).
The Prime Exclusive Discount price must be 5% lower than the lowest price for that ASIN in the past 30 days. The lowest price in the past 30 days is the lowest order price for that ASIN during that period, including all flash sales, promotions, and sale prices from all sellers.
