In Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, Shopee allows sellers to arrange split shipments of goods according to the order situation. If two or more packages are sent for the same order, the warehouse will only scan one of the packages, and the rest will be returned to the seller on delivery. The split operation must be performed before clicking "arrangeshipment". If the seller wants to ship in batches, it is necessary to exclude the orders to be split in advance. The specific steps are as follows:

Log in to the Shopee Seller Center - "My Sales", and there will be a "spiltorder" button behind the orders that can be split (containing 2 or more products).

After clicking, you will jump to the split order page. There are two package editing areas on the page. Click "addpackage" or "deletepackage" to increase or decrease the number of packages. The minimum is 2 packages and the maximum can be split into 5 packages.

Select the products included in each package. Please note that package discounts and additional purchase prices cannot be split.

Confirm the split order and click "submit" to confirm the split order. After the split order is successful, each sub-order can be shipped separately.

It should be noted that if any sub-order package in the order has been scheduled for shipment, the split order operation cannot be canceled. The entire order will be completed when the buyer confirms receipt or all sub-orders enter the end state.
