The Amazon Tax Exempt Program (ATEP) allows buyers to purchase tax-free goods from participating sellers by providing a tax exemption certificate. When you enroll in ATEP, Amazon will not collect taxes on buyers' purchases of tax-free goods, and you will be able to obtain buyers' tax exemption certificates directly in Seller Central. To enroll in ATEP, select the Enroll in Amazon's Tax Exempt Program check box on the View/Edit Your Tax Obligations, Shipping and Handling, and Gift Wrap Settings pages, and follow the prompts to submit your changes.
