如何找工厂拿样品?
如果你没有固定的产品线,迅速锁定产品的类目是你首先需要做的第一件事。比如现在春季了,假设你想做旅行枕头这个产品我们可以在平台上搜索英文单词Travel pillow
这里先不讨论这个产品是否适合你做,事实上,电商平台上面的所有产品都可以做,只是有的产品需要烧很多钱而有的产品推广费比较低;
我们点击listing详情页下方的review区域,直接打开所有的review列表,当你看好Travel pillow这个产品我们就需要查看产品的review,特别是一星,二星差评review
然后浏览这个产品的所有差评,按照以上这个方法至少查看小类目前20名的所有产品。你会对这个产品的材质、特性、功能都会有全面的了解,然后,我们带着这些产品的“问题”去1688找相同或者类似的款

如何计算单个产品成本?
产品的价格你会制定了,那么接着需要计算产品成本。以shopee平台为例:产品的成本包含采购价、国内物流费、平台佣金、物流配送费。
假设你的产品的采购成本是10元人民币、产品重量是500g、售价30马币(49.5元人民币)
那么国内的物流费我以物流价格1.3元每公斤为例:
单个产品的国内物流费是:0.5kg乘以1.3等于6.5元(不同物流公司价格有所差异)
平台佣金是售价的5% :30乘以5%等于1.5RM,折合人民币2.5元
物流配送费单个产品大概是0-5马币(以40RM包邮为准)
那么,产品的单个运营成本是:10+6.5+2.5+0=19元
单个产品的毛利润是:49.5 - 19 = 30.5,此产品毛利润率大概是61%
单个产品的净利润是:30.5元减去一定的退货,减去产品广告费,减去公司运营成本,再减去1%的汇损的最终值。
如果退货和广告费能够控制的好,此产品的净利润率大概是35% - 45%左右。我觉得只有在你的产品毛利润率在至少40%以上,净利润率在30%以上的时候,这个产品才值得开发。
如果你的产品在上架3个月之后,能够控制在45%的净利润率,说明你的产品确实毕竟热销,你公司运营也很成熟。
