1. View and edit store products

You can view and manage store products on the [China Seller Center>>Products>>Store Products] page:

1. Search for store products.

Use the filters at the top of the page to search for store products by product name (local language), product category, product quantity (i.e. inventory), and sales (i.e. sales volume).

2. Store product status.

1) All: Displays all products in the store (excluding products deleted by the platform and invalid hidden products);

2) On-shelf products: Products that have been put on the shelves. On-shelf products are displayed in the store product list, and buyers can search and purchase on-shelf products on the store page;

3) Sold out: Displays products with normal status (not under review, not in violation/deleted) and inventory of 0;

4) Under review: Products that are being reviewed by Shopee. After the review is passed, the product will be automatically put on the shelves. Products that fail to pass the review will be deleted or banned from sale;

5) Violation/deletion: Products that violate Shopee's listing regulations and policies are divided into the following 3 types:

① Banned: View the reasons for product violations in the top banner of the product details page;

② Search ranking reduction: Display products with reduced search rankings;

③ Shopee deletion: Display invalid products deleted by Shopee.

6) Not listed: Display unlisted products. Unlisted products will not be displayed on the front desk, and buyers cannot search or purchase the unlisted products.

3. Check the products: You can delete/remove store products in batches.

4. [Modify] store product information.

5. Click [More], you can:

①Real-time preview: Jump to the real-time front page of the product

②Remove from the shelf

③Open product search ads

④Open related ads

⑤Top promotion: You can operate a top promotion every 4 hours, and put 5 products at the top of the [Front Search Page>>Latest Column].

2. Reminders about the top promotion function

1. Products using paid advertising will have a higher search ranking.

2. Please note that because other sellers may also use paid advertising and top functions, your products may not be displayed at the top of the search results page.
