1. Prepare materials to register a Shopee store

There are two channels for Shopee registration, one is the official Shopee and the other is the green channel of the investment manager. Both channels can be registered. The difference is that the investment manager channel does not require turnover to enter, and the investment manager channel is also faster than registering on the official website. The disadvantage is that the investment manager channel is in the hands of the organization, and separate registration is charged. It depends on your choice.

2. Choose the model we want to do

There are boutiques and no source of goods. It depends on our own situation. If we have our own source of goods, the prospects of our products in Southeast Asia are not bad, and we can stock up with more funds, then I recommend doing boutiques, but if our products are not very good and there is no source of goods, then I recommend choosing the mode of no source of goods, from selecting products to platforms, and then screening, choosing the best, and for those with good orders, we can stock up, and operate in a cycle. The mode of no source of goods is suitable for novices.

3. Product selection and operation of our store

No source of goods does not mean a grocery store. We need to select two to three categories for distribution, and it is best to select categories that are related to each other. The advantage is that we can also do related sales when selling products, so that customers can buy more products in our store and increase our profits. 4. Delivery after placing an order

We must use Shopee's self-built logistics SLS for delivery, because it is about 30% cheaper than other logistics on the market, unless our products are super materials, so we can choose others. We have two ways to ship with SLS, one is self-delivery, we take the products in our own hands, and then pack them and send them to the Shopee warehouse, and the other is freight forwarding, let the freight forwarding help us pack and send them to the Shopee warehouse. I prefer to use freight forwarding, because the timeliness of our own delivery is too poor, which will affect our delivery rate.

V. Payment

We need to use third-party payment tools to receive payments on Shopee. There are three types of payment tools: Lianlian, Pai Anying and Pingpong. You can choose one of them. Friendly reminder: Lianlian’s current withdrawal fee is only 0.7%.
