shopee与lazada相比,多了一个台湾站点,只是考虑东南亚市场的话,那lazada可能流量更大一点,如果加上台湾,shopee的流量更大,他们两个的战略不同,lazada的路线是高端品牌路线,像国内天猫,shopee更像国内淘宝,产品的价格优势比较明显。

第二点:shopee与lazada店铺数量的比较

商店现在有23万家店铺,拉扎达只有14万家店铺,尽管这与拉扎达最近半年的招商政策有关,因为两个平台的物流类似,都有自己的官方物流系统。

第三点:两个平台基本都以生活类产品为中心

因为平台的客户群体基本是一致的,平台经营的主要类目是生活用户,还有就是电子产品,并且和国内类似,网上购物的主力还是女性,所以做什么产品要找准针对人群。
