1/跨境电商大公司还是蛮多的,各行业工业,基本上都有一批批大卖,他们占据了70%的市场份额,平台遍布各大渠道,甚至有自己的网站和海外仓,其实他们整体招人还是容易的。但是找优质的人才,有时候也不容易,因为做得好的个人都想自己创业,方法都知道;
2/电商人才流动性大,对产品选择比较大,好的产品容易让人賺快钱,相反,产品不好,会让人觉得呆不下去。所以形成相对产品优势差的行业,很难找到合适的人才,难招人;
3/电商人才对运营能力要求多。不仅仅要会英文,也要懂数据分析,有一定的打造爆款能力,能够为公司带来效益;
4/然后电商公司招人成本越来越高,基本上新手5k+,熟手到8k,10k了.....公司压力大,自然招人斟酌再三,不好招。
Cross-border e-commerce is probably a common job in Shenzhen. It mainly refers to the friends who do B2C business of Amazon, Wish, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Aliexpress, Dhgate, etc., and also refers to some B2B business friends.
In other places, I think it would be more troublesome to recruit people, but it is probably not too difficult in Shenzhen, of course, under the premise that the salary is okay.
Of course, I have to talk about the reasons for the difficulty: there are probably
1/ There are still quite a lot of large cross-border e-commerce companies, and basically there are large batches of big sellers in various industries. They occupy 70% of the market share, and the platform is spread across major channels. They even have their own websites and overseas warehouses. In fact, it is easy for them to recruit people overall. But it is not easy to find high-quality talents sometimes, because those who have done well all want to start their own business and know the methods;
2/ E-commerce talents are highly mobile and have a wide range of product choices. Good products can easily make people make quick money. On the contrary, bad products will make people feel that they cannot stay. Therefore, it is difficult to find suitable talents and recruit people in industries with relatively poor product advantages;
3/ E-commerce talents require more operational capabilities. Not only must they know English, but they must also understand data analysis and have a certain ability to create hot products and bring benefits to the company;
4/ Then the cost of recruiting for e-commerce companies is getting higher and higher. Basically, novices can earn 5k+, and experienced people can earn 8k or 10k... The company is under great pressure, so naturally they have to think twice before recruiting, and it is not easy to recruit.
Technical talents require high salaries, and many are unwilling to waste time in factories. Fresh graduates like to have a place to learn and grow, and are willing to have someone to guide them. It depends on whether you are willing to train them, but it is very time-consuming.
