The transaction fee standards are as follows:

(1) The transaction fee is 2%.

(2) It is charged for completed orders (both cash on delivery and non-cash on delivery orders).

(3) The transaction fee is charged based on the order amount (including shipping costs paid by the buyer).

(4) This transaction fee is independent of the platform commission.

Starting from January 1, 2019, Shopee will begin to charge Shopee merchants a 2% transaction fee. This fee is actually the fee that needs to be paid to the transaction clearing service provider, and previously this part of the fee has always been borne by the Shopee platform.
