Shopee registration and opening process:

1. Online application

Submit the application for entry on the Shopee official website or Hugo.com;

2. Qualification review

The staff will contact you within 5 working days to conduct a qualification review;

3. Register and open a shop

After the qualification review is passed, you will receive a registration invitation email. Please complete the store registration according to the email prompt content, and set up logistics and payment according to the rules of each site;

4. New store tasks

After the store is successfully registered, launch new products as soon as possible and complete the store opening tasks.

Shopee entry skills:

1. The first step - fill in the application form:

Shopee currently only supports corporate sellers to enter, and requires a business license in mainland China or Hong Kong.

It is also required to have some e-commerce experience, own a store on cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wish, or domestic e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Tmall/Taobao, and have more than 100 products (more than 200 recommended, and more than 2,000 SKUs recommended).

2. The second step - send the settlement information:

After the Shopee investment manager responds, you need to send the following qualification materials to the designated email address.

(1) Business license

(2) Screenshots of the store's order flow or capital flow in the past three months (only the overall data needs to be provided, not every day)

(3) Screenshots of the number of products in the ERP or system background

3. The third step - approval:

After the approval, the account information will be sent via email. The seller logs in to the seller backend of the target Shopee site through the following URL and completes the payment, logistics, product and store settings.

Once all application materials are submitted, it usually takes 5 working days to review. The progress may be affected by the number of sellers applying.
