“分销”这个词相信大家都听过,它实际上就是一种销售模式,是建立销售渠道的意思。即制造商通过分销商 (代理/经销商)将产品辐射至各零售网点。它体现了厂商专业化分工的特征。在1688等平台上各种各样的“一件代发”实际上表现出来的就是分销。
而分销模式体现出来的就是网络与时代的发展,工厂与卖家的贴近。对于分销卖家来说,分销的优势在于不需要囤货,不需要囤钱;而对于工厂来说,分销比直营效率高,投入少。目前这种销售模式非常流行,国内的各种家电、手机、快速消费品等产业领域的厂家,真正做直营的并不多,大部分的厂家采取了“直营+分销”的模式,一边自营销售,一边发展分销。

Most manufacturers have adopted the "direct sales + distribution" model, operating their own sales while developing distribution.
