1、人力资源缺乏(当地现有的劳动力素质偏低);
Currently, the main investors in Manaus are Japan, the United States, Germany and South Korea.
However, there have been three problems that have long hindered the development of the industrial zone:
1. Lack of human resources (the quality of the existing local labor force is low);
2. Remoteness, long transportation distance, and inconvenient transportation.
3. It is hot and humid all year round, and has a tropical rainforest climate. The whole year is divided into only two seasons: rainy season and dry season. The annual average temperature is 28.6 degrees Celsius. The dry season is from May to October each year, and the temperature can reach up to 38 degrees Celsius. The rainy season is from November to April of the following year.
In recent years, due to the globalization trend of the world economy and the increasing opening of the Brazilian market, the output of the Manaus Industrial Zone has generally declined, and the product advantages are not as good as before. However, since many preferential policies are still retained, there is still room for assembly and processing in the Manaus Free Zone to export to Brazil and other regions.
