程
Process
1. Amazon puts the order in the [Waiting] state. The quantity of the goods purchased by the buyer is deducted from the total quantity of goods in [Manage Inventory]. If the quantity of the goods is one when the order is placed, the goods will be removed from the Amazon product page when the order is processed, and appear in [Manage Inventory] with a quantity of zero.
Pending orders will not appear in the [Order] report or the [Undelivered Order] report, and will be grayed out (inoperable) in [Manage Orders]. Amazon holds all orders for 30 minutes, which provides buyers with an opportunity to cancel their orders. Orders canceled by buyers will appear in [Manage Orders] as canceled orders and will be grayed out. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification process may extend the order processing time to 21 days. For more information, see Pending Orders. If the buyer contacts you when the order is in the [Waiting] state, please have the buyer contact Amazon Customer Service for more information.
2. Amazon verifies the order. Amazon attempts to verify the buyer's payment method and order details. During this phase, one of three different status types will appear in Manage Orders:
Undelivered
Receive the order: After receiving the order, you need to check the order and contact the supplier to confirm the delivery date of the goods.
Arrange transportation: The seller needs to arrange transportation services to transport the goods from the place of shipment to the place of receipt. Usually, transportation can be carried out by sea, air or land.
Arrange customs clearance: The seller needs to submit a customs clearance application to the customs to ensure that the goods can be cleared and enter the destination country smoothly.
Sign for receipt: After the goods arrive at the destination country, the consignee needs to sign for the goods and keep the goods properly during transportation.
