如果是买家个人原因买错或者不喜欢,可以在后台同意退换申请,亚马逊自动生成退货编码给买家。这种情况是需要买家自己去邮寄,产品是买家承担的。
如果是质量问题,或者卖家描述不当造成误会,你只能提供预付费的标签给买家退货,这种运费是要你承担的。
第二种是FBA订单,
无论是质量问题,还是单纯的不喜欢导致的退货,换货行为,运费都不需要你这边承担。
