第一种是FBM订单
如果是买家个人原因买错或者不喜欢,可以在后台同意退换申请,亚马逊自动生成退货编码给买家。这种情况是需要买家自己去邮寄,产品是买家承担的。
如果是质量问题,或者卖家描述不当造成误会,你只能提供预付费的标签给买家退货,这种运费是要你承担的。
第二种是FBA订单
无论是质量问题,还是单纯的不喜欢导致的退货,换货行为,运费都不需要你这边承担。

The second type is FBA orders
Whether it is a quality issue or a return or exchange caused by simple dislike, you don’t need to bear the shipping cost.
Generally speaking, any return or exchange of products shipped by Amazon Logistics is handled by Amazon front desk.
Amazon's return and exchange policy is:
1. Buyers can return products unconditionally within 30 days after purchase.
2. If the product has quality problems or does not meet the description, buyers can apply for a return within 90 days after purchase.
3. Certain products, such as electronic products, can be returned through the manufacturer's warranty service.
