The three rivers refer to the Lancang River, the Yellow River and the Yangtze River.

The Yangtze River: The Yangtze River is not only the world's largest hydropower river, but also the third longest river and the longest river in Asia. The main stream passes through four provincial administrative regions and finally flows into the East China Sea east of Chongming Island. It is 6,387 kilometers long, ranking third among the world's major rivers after the Nile River in Africa and the Amazon River in South America.

The Lancang River: The Lancang River originates in the northeast of Tanggula Mountain in Qinghai Province, China, flows through Yunnan Province and Tibet Province, and is called the Mekong River after leaving the Chinese border. It passes through Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia, and flows into the South China Sea in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is the largest international river in Southeast Asia.
