Qingyuan Gulong Gorge Ecological Tourism Area is a national sports tourism demonstration base, a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, and a standardized service demonstration pilot enterprise in the rafting industry in Guangdong Province. It was awarded the 2017 China Tourism General Review Scenic Spot Popularity Award.

Qingyuan Gulong Gorge is located in Binjiang Gorge, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, 68 kilometers away from Guangzhou City. Relying on the unique topography of the Grand Canyon, the Grand Forest, and the Grand Waterfall, the Gulong Gorge Scenic Area has invested 600 million yuan to create four major trump products: Yuntian Glass King, Canyon Rafting, Gulong Nine Waterfalls, and Jungle Leap, and has obtained 9 world record certifications. From speeding on water to land exploration and aerial waterfalls, Gulong Gorge has a one-day tour of water, land, and air.

In order to actively create a national 5A scenic spot, in 2019, Gulongxia Forest Adventure Kingdom built a new international tourist reception center according to international competition standards, incorporating the original forest style of the Amazon tribe; it is the first in China to be equipped with a hot and cold water bathing system and a VIP advanced service system, which comprehensively enhances the tourist experience.
