1、长江:中国第一大河,在世界上居第三位,仅次于亚马逊河及尼罗河,长达6300公里;
2、金沙江:古称绳水、丽水,长江上游宜宾以上河段,因江中沙土呈黄色得名,是西藏和四川的界河。干流长2308公里,穿行于川、藏、滇3省区之间;
3、雅砻江:又名若水、小金沙江,藏语称尼雅曲,意为“多鱼之水”,是长江上游最大支流。它发源于青海省巴颜喀拉山西南麓,上原叫扎曲,流到甲衣寺后称雅砻江;
4、岷江:古称汶江和都江,以岷山导江而得名,发源于四川西北的弓杠岭,流经四川盆地西部,全长711千米

3. Yalong River: Also known as Ruoshui and Xiaojinsha River, it is called Niyaqu in Tibetan, meaning "water with many fishes", and is the largest tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. It originates from the southwestern foot of Bayankala Mountain in Qinghai Province. It is called Zhaqu in the upper reaches and is called Yalong River after flowing to Jiayi Temple.
4. Minjiang River: It was called Wenjiang River and Dujiang River in ancient times. It is named after the Minshan Mountain. It originates from Gonggangling in northwest Sichuan and flows through the western part of Sichuan Basin. It is 711 kilometers long
