如果是质量问题,或者卖家描述不当造成误会,你只能提供预付费的标签给买家退货,这种运费是要你承担的。
第二种是FBA订单,
无论是质量问题,还是单纯的不喜欢导致的退货,换货行为,运费都不需要你这边承担。
但是买家退款后,亚马逊会对这个订单向你收取一笔退款管理费。如果您为订单中的单件商品退款,亚马逊将扣留最多 5 美元的退款管理费。如果您为订单中两个不同的商品退款,那么亚马逊为每个商品保留最高 5 美元的退款管理费,总金额最高为 10 美元。因为该公式是针对退款的每一款商品计算得出的,因此当您为多个同款商品退款时,亚马逊为该款退款商品保留不超过 5 美元的退款管理费。
