If the return is due to the seller’s reasons, the seller will bear the shipping costs. For Amazon FBA shipments, whether it is due to personal or seller reasons, the buyer does not need to bear the costs, but Amazon will charge the buyer a refund management fee. In either case, returns are not what Amazon sellers want to see
