1. Select the Amazon overseas purchase order that needs to be returned in [My Orders] and click the [Need Return or Exchange] button.

3. Confirm the return method and door-to-door pickup address: The system will prompt you to pay the return shipping fee based on the return reason you selected, and calculate the estimated total refund. Please check the door-to-door pickup address, and click the Submit button after confirming that it is correct to enter the return application process.

4. Print the return label: Please click the [Print Return or Exchange Label] button, put the printed return label into your return package, and wait for the deliveryman to pick it up at your door.

5. Submit customs clearance information: All overseas purchase returns need to be returned to the US warehouse. Amazon's authorized carrier ECMS will notify you by email or SMS within 24 hours after you successfully submit your return application to upload customs clearance information on the ECMS official website.

6. Agreed door-to-door pickup time: After receiving accurate and valid customs clearance information, ECMS will entrust the deliveryman to contact you through the mobile phone number you provided and arrange a door-to-door pickup time. At that time, please keep your phone open.

7. Prepare the return package: Before the deliveryman picks up the goods, please place the return label containing the scan code, product description and product quantity together with the returned goods in the packaging box or bag. Note: The deliveryman does not provide any product packaging services. 8. Return shipping fee deduction: You do not need to pay any return shipping fee when the deliveryman picks up the goods. Note: If you return the goods for reasons other than product quality, you will need to bear the international return fee, which will be directly deducted from your product refund. 9. Waiting for refund: The average time for returned goods to be returned from China to Amazon's overseas warehouse is 15 working days.
