可以注册个个人工商营业执照,注册流程如下:
一、首先需要填写《个体工商户开业登记申请书》,此申请书在各省市/地区的工商行政管理局网上办事大厅均可载,也可以到当地的行政大厅取得此表格。
二、申请登记为个体工商户的,应当依照《个体工商户条例》、国家工商总局《个体工商户登记管理办法》以及税收法律法规的有关规定,向其经营场所所在地登记机关提交:
①经营者签署的《个体工商户开业登记申请书》;
②经营者的身份证复印件;
③经营场所使用证明。
申请登记的经营范围中有法律、行政法规和国务院决定规定必须在登记前报经批准的项目,应当提交有关许可证书或者批准文件复印件。
委托代理人办理的,还应当提交经营者签署的《委托代理人证明》及委托代理人身份证复印件。
三、填好表格提交完毕所需资料即可办理个体工商户营业执照,办理是不收费的。
自收到《受理通知书》之日起二个工作日领取营业执照

2. If the business scope of the application for registration includes projects that must be approved before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, you should submit a copy of the relevant license or approval document.
If you entrust an agent to handle it, you should also submit the "Certificate of Entrusted Agent" signed by the operator and a copy of the entrusted agent's ID card.
3. Fill in the form and submit the required information to apply for a business license for an individual business owner. There is no charge for the application.
You can get the business license within two working days from the date of receiving the "Acceptance Notice"
