The place with the most mosquitoes in my country is Xinjiang. The area around the North Bay of Habahe River in Xinjiang is densely covered with ponds and swamps, providing excellent breeding conditions for mosquitoes. It is ranked as one of the world's four most densely populated mosquito areas along with the Amazon River in Latin America, Lake Chad in Africa, and Lake Tangerka. During the peak mosquito season in summer, 1,054 Aedes aegypti can be captured in a tent in five minutes. Someone once killed 45 mosquitoes with a slap on the back.
