Party A's Rights and Obligations

1. Party A has the right to sell designated brand products on behalf of Party B and promises that the products it sells are authentic brand products produced by Party B;

2. Party A shall abide by national laws and regulations and Amazon platform regulations and ensure that the products sold meet relevant standards such as safety and quality;

3. Party A shall not repackage, reprocess, or change specifications of the products sold without the permission of Party B.

Party B’s rights and obligations

1. Party B shall provide a true, complete and accurate brand registration authorization letter to ensure that the registered brand is a brand in which it has legal rights and interests;

2. Party B has the right to supervise Party A’s sales. If Party A is found to have violated the agreement, it has the right to terminate the authorization and pursue Party A’s legal liability;

3. Party B shall bear all rights protection and complaint matters on the Amazon platform.

How the authorization letter takes effect

This authorization letter is signed on an equal and voluntary basis through consensus between Party A and Party B. Party A voluntarily accepts Party B’s brand authorization, which is a completely autonomous business activity and is not affected by any third party.
