What to do with Amazon's overage inventory?

从2022年4月15日开始自动移除超龄库存,此变更适用于在运营中心存放已超过365天的库存,以及连续6个月或更长时间内未售出且在运营中心存放已超过180天的ASIN商品。

如果不想亚马逊将你的冗余库存和超龄库存直接自动移除,一定记得去【可售库存自动设置】

【自动移除无销量的ASIN】选择【禁用】

添加【有效的退还地址】

对于冗余库存和超龄库存,我们还是要想办法尽快清掉,因为如果一直放任不管,库存绩效指标会受影响,发货数量也会受到限制。

处理亚马逊冗余库存方法:

1.站内促销:设置coupon或者会员折扣来带动销量。

2.虚拟捆绑:如果店铺有类似的产品或者有互补产品,可以做捆绑销售。

3.买一赠一:价值高的产品可送一件价值低的产品(冗余库存)一起销售,这样也可以带动价值高产品的销量。

4.Outlet限时促销:Outlet是亚马逊的一种促销方式,针对一些即将下架的商品或者冗余商品进行清仓,可以直接在冗余库存界面查询和报名(路径:库存规划-管理库存状况-推荐按钮-创建奥特莱斯限时促销-符合条件的商品右侧的下拉菜单中-选择创建奥特莱斯限时促销)

5.多渠道清库存:去eBay等平台发布二手产品信息,低价出售,然后通过亚马逊FBA多渠道配送。

6.线下清货:可以考虑找到线下的清货服务商,低价清货,需要自己在后台创建移除订单,把货移到服务商规定的第三方仓库,整个清货流程是比较繁琐漫长的。

How to deal with Amazon's redundant inventory:

5. Multi-channel inventory clearance: Go to eBay and other platforms to publish second-hand product information, sell at a low price, and then distribute through Amazon FBA multi-channel.

6. Offline clearance: You can consider finding an offline clearance service provider to clear the goods at a low price. You need to create a removal order in the background and move the goods to the third-party warehouse specified by the service provider. The entire clearance process is relatively cumbersome and lengthy.
