平台要的是有一定能力的卖家,最少你也有一个企业。

1. 平台费用对比(以美国站为例) 这个表是我最近总结的,各平台费用对比都是以最高的费用算。费用上来看,速卖通收的最多,但是这些钱是可以返回的。只要你达到一定的销售额就会返回。亚马逊每个站点的费用也是不一样,美国日本欧洲都是不一样的。不过相差不大。ebay的费用就~太多了,看起来都不多,你稍微不注意就会被扣钱。论哪家收费强,还是eBay当之无愧。wish最好,没有平台费用。下面单独说一下eBay的店铺费用体制。eBay店铺分初级,中级,高级。初级店铺24.99,可以上传一口价250个,拍卖价250个。超过250个,每上传一个一口价$0.2,拍卖价$0.25。中级店铺和高级店铺可以根据表对应参考。还是ebay会玩。eBay除了店铺的费用,还有功能费用,比如你上传一个产品,如果你想添加特殊功能,比如当鼠标放到标题图片的时候有一定的特效加粗等功能。如果你设置1天或者3天,那么还是收费的。当然你编辑完一个产品,会有一个价格预览,可以注意一下。佣金上,每个平台收取也不一样。ebay其实也可以算15%。也就是说目前来说速卖通算是最少的。ebay店铺是收取9.15%,根据不同类目也有所不同。paypal也是后去佣金,每一笔是3.1+0.3%的一个佣金,当然这个佣金不是不变的,你收取的额度越大,佣金越少。paypal会有一个阶梯式的佣金。你可以去paypal 的后台找客服索取佣金表。

2. 汇款周期对比 速卖通一般最快的放款是3天,这也是根据店铺的信誉程度来定的。eBay也算是根据店铺信誉度,有时候也是即时的。也就是说顾客只要付款,你就可以提现。wish是和亚马逊都是14天。

3. 竞争角度对比 我们从最简单的2方面分析,也是最直观的注册门槛和使用操作。速卖通现在要求必须是企业,而且有商标才可以入住。速卖通只要求TM,即便这样我还是认为速卖通竞争还是蛮大,毕竟是阿里巴巴的产品。为国人量身定做,只要做过国内电商的人基本都会操作。而且入住的都是国人,价格可想而知,竞争度算是比较大。我们是去年入住的,基本上交钱就可以了。现在入住需要长时间就不指导了。Wish目前入住也是比较简单,最大的困难就是需要找一份当地的报纸,注册门槛也非常低。后台操作也算简单,现在都是用第三方ERP软件操作,批量上传产品。注册以及操作门槛低。时间:基本7天可以搞定 eBay目前企业入住需要90天水电费账单,入住的门槛有一定难道,注册一个ebay账户最快也要保守2个星期。这是在顺利的情况下,如果出现审核问题,又要拖延。ebay的后台操作都是全英文,所以操作上有一定的难度,如果熟悉了后台其实还是比较简单的。亚马逊现在注册账户是最难的,如果你想企业入住,也要水电费账单甚至银行对公账户账单。而且这几个月也要美国二次验证。最保守1个月下来。亚马逊后台操作可以也不算难,熟悉1-2天就可以上手操作。

4. 投入资金对比 亚马逊:如果想做好亚马逊,就必须做FBA,做FBA就必须要压货。所以亚马逊是投入资金最多的。速卖通,wish,ebay都是以自发货为主。当然做的好也可以做海外仓。自发货前期操作的成本就相对比较小。

5. 平台运营 亚马逊是以主打精品模式为主,也就说你店铺只有一个产品也可以,亚马逊是没有店铺概念,也没有类目权重这一说,你可以在你店铺上传任何产品。当然有些类目需要审核。亚马逊是属于精耕细作的平台、转化率是4个平台最高的,利润也是最高的。ebay,速卖通,wish都是需要铺货。也就是为什么很多做之前平台的卖家都问,需不需要铺货。ebay和wish也是可以上很多不同类目的产品,速卖通则不一样。你入住什么类目,就只能上当前类目下的产品。ebay速卖通wish前期我们可能需要普一些货。等后面有爆款就需要精心维护。
