(2)选择具体的问题分类,刚开始的时候只会有第一排的选项,当你选了之后便会有子级别的选项出现。
三种沟通方式,从左至右分别是电子邮件、电话和在线交谈(比较推荐在线交谈,电话交谈对英语水平要求较高,邮件交流比较慢)
按start chatting,就可以和客服开始在线交谈了。
