亚马逊三种物流模式
1、亚马逊FBA
FBA的全称是Fullfillment By Amazon,中文翻译就是亚马逊物流,是亚马逊提供的代发货业务,具体包括仓储、拣货、包装、配送、收款、客服及退货处理等一条龙物流服务。卖家提前备货至亚马逊仓库,客户下订单之后,亚马逊仓库直接发货给客户。国内京东物流就是模仿的亚马逊物流体系,无论是自营的、还是非自营的,只要通过京东平台销售的商品,都可以通过京东物流发货给客人。
2、第三方海外仓
海外仓一度被认为是近几年跨境电商物流的最好发货方式,他的核心竞争力就在于发货速度,本地化服务,针对的一般都是大型企业和高端产品店铺,商家在销售地选择合适的地址自建海外仓,当消费者下单时直接从海外仓发货,速度快,时效稳定,但是这种模式需要投入大量的资金和人工成本,对大型商家来说比较友好,很多跨境电商卖家早期为了规避风险会选择自发货和海外仓相结合的模式,等相对稳定之后才会把销量好的产品分批运送到国外。
3、自发货
自发货就是指卖家在收到客户订单后,直接从国内供应商或者仓库直接发货给国外顾客,即卖家自己负责仓储、分拣、包装、派送和客户服务等一系列活动。

Whether it is self-operated or not, as long as the goods are sold through the JD platform, they can be shipped to customers through JD Logistics.
2. Third-party overseas warehouses
Overseas warehouses were once considered the best delivery method for cross-border e-commerce logistics in recent years. Their core competitiveness lies in delivery speed and localized services. They are generally aimed at large enterprises and high-end product stores. Merchants choose a suitable address at the sales location to build their own overseas warehouses. When consumers place an order, they ship directly from overseas warehouses. The speed is fast and the timeliness is stable. However, this model requires a lot of capital and labor costs. It is more friendly to large merchants. In order to avoid risks, many cross-border e-commerce sellers will choose a combination of self-delivery and overseas warehouses in the early days. Only after it is relatively stable will they ship products with good sales in batches to foreign countries.
3. Self-delivery
Self-delivery means that after receiving customer orders, the seller directly ships from domestic suppliers or warehouses to foreign customers, that is, the seller is responsible for a series of activities such as warehousing, sorting, packaging, delivery and customer service.
Amazon's overseas direct mail can help consumers quickly handle customs clearance procedures and provide three optional delivery services (standard, accelerated, and express). Amazon's US site has significantly reduced international shipping costs for direct mail to China and shortened direct mail delivery time. The average delivery time has been shortened to 9-15 days, and it can be delivered to consumers in as fast as three working days.
