客服主要是做工作有:
1、认真贯彻执行公司销售管理规定和实施细则,努力提高自身业务水平。
2、积极完成公司规定或部门承诺的工作目标。
3、为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务。
4、为公司各类客户提供业务咨询。
5、收集客户信息和用户意见,对公司形象提升提出参考意见。
6、负责公司客户资料、公司文件(复件)及分销商合同(复件)等资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。
7、协助一线部门做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作,及时转告客户信息,妥善处理。
8、负责接听客户投诉电话,做好电话记录。
9、完成上级领导临时交办的其他任务。
