常见面试问题:你最大的优缺点,你最成功或失败的经历,你对于我们单位了解多少,你怎么理解你应聘的职位,你具备怎样的能力/优势/实习经历/工作经历,你的爱好特长,你未来三年/五年的职业规划,对工作的期望与目标何在以及一些实际情况的模拟问题,如假设现在有个同事每次开会的时候都提反对你的意见,对你的成见很大,你怎么解决?
或者是存心刁难考验求职者的临场发挥问题,如你的专业与我们不匹配,也不懂业务知识,你为何要来我们这面试?
Common interview questions: Your biggest strengths and weaknesses, your most successful or failed experiences, how much do you know about our company, how do you understand the position you are applying for, what abilities/advantages/internship experiences/work experiences you have, your hobbies and specialties, your career plan for the next three/five years, your expectations and goals for the job, and some simulation questions of actual situations, such as assuming that there is a colleague who always raises objections to your opinions during every meeting and has a big prejudice against you, how do you solve it?
Or questions that are deliberately designed to test the job seeker's on-the-spot performance, such as your major does not match ours, and you do not understand business knowledge, why do you come to our interview?
