As high-end buildings such as Guoxin Haitian Center, Greentown Deep Blue Center, and China Resources Building Block A will be completed and put into use one after another, the number of billion-yuan buildings in Shinan District will have a new breakthrough. It is worth noting that one year after the Qingdao-Amazon AWS Joint Innovation Center in Licang District was put into use, it has accumulated 100.775 million yuan in tax revenue, becoming the first billion-yuan building in Licang District.
