However, if you chose ordinary express delivery to your door, the return can be processed free of charge, and someone will go to pick up the goods, which is more convenient. The process of returning books is as follows:

1. Log in to the Online Return and Exchange Center and click the [Return and Exchange Goods] button. Tip: The following 21 categories of goods can be self-serviced through the Online Return and Exchange Center: Full processing: books, music, educational audio and video, computer products, digital audio and video, clothing and luggage, sports, shoes and boots, toys, kitchenware, home furnishings, musical instruments, small appliances, Kindle devices and accessories.

Partial processing: home decoration, mobile communications, personal care and health, office supplies, automotive supplies, jewelry, watches.

2. Select the goods to be returned.

.Enter the quantity of goods to be returned, select [Return Reason], and you can fill in a detailed description in the remarks.

If the returned goods are sold and delivered by the settled seller, please click [Submit Application].

If the returned goods are Amazon's own products or settled sellers' products delivered by Amazon, please directly select return.

3. Select the required return method. Return address: The default return address of the online return and exchange center is your delivery address. If you need to change it, please click [Select another address] below the selected address.

If you need to add a new address, you can go to My Account, open the Settings page, click [Manage Address Book] to add a new address, and then select it as the return address.

For products that do not support door-to-door returns: Please print the return label according to the requirements of the online return and exchange center and put it in the package, and send the returned goods back to the Amazon warehouse by ordinary mail or EMS (please refer to the address list for the warehouse address.
