4、负责制定营销计划并领导团队进行高效运作,包括客户需求分析、listing优化、流量分析等,带领整个团队实现业绩目标;
5、负责平台热销产品的分析和开发,新品推广与促销;
6、建立并不断优化运营流程,团队人才管理及培养。
