How to send express delivery on Amazon cross-border e-commerce?

亚马逊卖家的发货方式主要有两种:FBA 和 FBM 。

1、FBA,即Fulfillment by Amazon(亚马逊物流)的简称,就是卖家先把一批货发到亚马逊的海外仓库,买家下订单后,亚马逊帮卖家把货从仓库发给买家,同时负责买家全程的物流及售后服务。

2、FBM,即Fulfillment by Merchant(卖家自己配送)的简称,换句话说就是自发货,买家下订单后,需要卖家自己发货给买家。

虽然FBA的成本支出比自发货要多,但是使用FBA发货的Listing的售价往往比自发货要高,另外,使用FBA也是决定亚马逊产品排名的一个重要因素,可享受的福利也比自发货多,因此,亚马逊卖家大多使用FBA发货。

三、亚马逊FBA发货流程

1、注册FBA

进入亚马逊服务页面,点击“Fulfillment by Amazon”,在跳转出来的页面中填写公司名称并且勾选同意亚马逊相关条款及协议,选择FBA服务就可成功注册。

2、将商品转变为FBA SKU

操作步骤:在主页点击Inventory,选择需要转变的SKU,在Action中选择“Change to Fulfill by Amazon”,也可以多选之后,点击“Actions”选择“Change to Fulfill by Amazon”,这样就可以把商品转变成FBA SKU了。

3、确认FBA商品

选好要发货的FBA商品后,页面会跳转,点击“只转换(Convert Only)”确认转换FBA发货就可以了。

4、创建发货单a、Set Quantity

在unit下面输入发货产品的数量看,如果卖家之前上传产品的时候没有输入产品包装类型,这里还要填写产品的包装类型。PackingType有两种类型:Individualproducts(混装)--不同的产品混合装箱、Casepackedproducts(原厂包装)--相同的产品、SKU装一箱。

b、Prepare Products

对SKU品种和数量进行核对,确保实物商品的SKU和数量与与创建时填写的完全一致。

c、Label Products

发FBA仓的每一个产品都要贴标签,亚马逊后台会让卖家选择由亚马逊贴标签还是卖家自己贴标签,如果卖家选择自己贴标签,在“wholabels”下面选择“Merchant”,并选择相应规格的标签纸打印标签。

d、Review Shipments

检查货件的起运地、包装类型、商品,商品准备费等信息,在这里卖家可以看到亚马逊将产品分配到哪个仓库存储,每一个Shipmentname代表每一个仓库,并且可以看到卖家存放到该仓库有几个产品, 亚马逊系统自动分配仓库,如果卖家不想分仓,可以提前在后台设置合仓(合仓需要另外收取费用),确认没问题后,点击“确认货件”。

e、Prepare Shipment

首先,检查货件中的商品;接着,选择运输服务;再接着,设置箱子信息;最后打印货件标签。

里需要卖家选择shipping method(承运方式)和shipping carrier(承运人),一般承运方式默认填写小包裹快递,承运人:默认填写“DHL EXPRESS(SUA)INC”,发货重量在60公斤左右的话可以选择small parcel delivery(SPD)。

3. Amazon FBA delivery process

1. Register for FBA

Enter the Amazon service page, click "Fulfillment by Amazon", fill in the company name on the page that jumps out and check the box to agree to Amazon's relevant terms and agreements, and select FBA service to successfully register.

2. Convert products to FBA SKU

Operation steps: Click Inventory on the homepage, select the SKU to be converted, select "Change to Fulfill by Amazon" in Action, or select multiple items, then click "Actions" and select "Change to Fulfill by Amazon", so that the product can be converted to FBA SKU.

3. Confirm FBA products

After selecting the FBA products to be shipped, the page will jump, click "Convert Only" to confirm the conversion to FBA delivery.

4. Create a delivery note a. Set Quantity

Enter the quantity of the shipped product under the unit. If the seller did not enter the product packaging type when uploading the product before, the product packaging type must be filled in here. There are two types of Packing Type: Individual products (mixed) - different products are mixed and packed, and Case packed products (original packaging) - the same products and SKUs are packed in one box.

b. Prepare Products

Check the SKU variety and quantity to ensure that the SKU and quantity of the physical goods are exactly the same as those filled in when creating.

c. Label Products

Every product shipped to the FBA warehouse must be labeled. Amazon's backend will let the seller choose whether Amazon will label or the seller will label it himself. If the seller chooses to label it himself, select "Merchant" under "who labels" and choose the corresponding specification of label paper to print the label.

d. Review Shipments

Check the origin, packaging type, goods, product preparation fee and other information of the shipment. Here, sellers can see which warehouse Amazon assigns the product to for storage. Each Shipmentname represents each warehouse, and you can see how many products the seller has stored in the warehouse. The Amazon system automatically assigns warehouses. If the seller does not want to split warehouses, you can set up warehouse consolidation in the background in advance (combined warehouses require additional fees). After confirming that there is no problem, click "Confirm Shipment".

e. Prepare Shipment

First, check the goods in the shipment; then, select the transportation service; then, set the box information; finally, print the shipment label.
