提示: 以下十九类商品可通过在线退换货中心自助办理:
全部办理:图书、音乐、教育音像、服饰箱包、运动、鞋靴、玩具、厨具、家居、办公用品(非办公设备)、小家电。
部分办理:家居装修、手机通讯、个护健康、电脑产品、汽车用品、数码影音、珠宝首饰、钟表。
选择您需要退货的商品。
输入您需退回的商品数量,选择 【 退货原因】 ,然后在备注中填写详细描述。
根据您的实际情况完成以下操作:
注意: 一些入驻卖家也许需要查看您的退货请求。之后会与您联系,指导您如何退货。如果您在两天内没有收到入驻卖家回复,可以提交亚马逊商城交易保障索赔申请。更多详情信息请参照亚马逊商城交易保障索赔。
如果退货商品属于亚马逊自营商品,请直接选择退货。
如果退货商品属于入驻卖家销售商品,请点击 【 提交申请】 。
选择您需要的退货方式。
退货地址:在线退换货中心默认的退货地址为您的送货地址。如需更改,请在选择地址下方点击 【 选择其他地址】 。如需新增地址,可以进入我的帐户,打开设置页面,点击 【 管理地址簿】 添加新地址,随后将其选为退货地址即可。
支持上门办理退货:配送员会在4天左右上门取货,请您保持电话的畅通,并保持商品及包装完好。成功取货后,商品约在3个工作日内返回亚马逊库房。
不支持上门办理退货: 请您按照在线退换货中心要求打印退货标签放入包裹中,并以平邮的形式寄回,库房地址请参见地址列表。商品从寄出到入库一般需要2-4周时间。
点击 【 继续】 即完成了整个在线退货操作。
Log in to the online return and exchange center and click the [Return and Exchange Product] button.
Tip: The following 19 categories of products can be self-serviced through the online return and exchange center:
All: books, music, educational audio and video, clothing and luggage, sports, shoes and boots, toys, kitchenware, home furnishings, office supplies (non-office equipment), small appliances.
Partial: home decoration, mobile communications, personal care and health, computer products, automotive products, digital audio and video, jewelry, watches.
Select the product you need to return.
Enter the quantity of the product you want to return, select [Return Reason], and then fill in a detailed description in the remarks.
Complete the following operations according to your actual situation:
Note: Some settled sellers may need to review your return request. They will contact you later to guide you on how to return the product. If you do not receive a response from the settled seller within two days, you can submit an Amazon Marketplace Transaction Guarantee claim application. For more details, please refer to Amazon Marketplace Transaction Guarantee Claim.
If the returned product is an Amazon-operated product, please choose to return it directly.
If the returned product is a product sold by a registered seller, please click [Submit Application].
Choose the return method you need.
Return address: The default return address of the online return and exchange center is your delivery address. If you need to change it, please click [Select another address] below the selected address. If you need to add a new address, you can go to My Account, open the Settings page, click [Manage Address Book] to add a new address, and then select it as the return address.
Support door-to-door returns: The delivery person will pick up the goods in about 4 days. Please keep your phone open and keep the goods and packaging intact. After successfully picking up the goods, the goods will be returned to the Amazon warehouse within about 3 working days.
Does not support door-to-door returns: Please print the return label according to the requirements of the online return and exchange center, put it in the package, and send it back by ordinary mail. For the warehouse address, please refer to the address list. It usually takes 2-4 weeks for the goods to be shipped and received.
