1. First find the original and duplicate of the business license. The original and duplicate were issued at the beginning. The originals must be handed in when canceling. If lost, you need to publish a lost statement in the local newspaper;

2. A copy of the operator’s ID card is also required for cancellation. It must be your own ID card;

3. If you cannot come to the site, you can entrust an agent to handle it, but you must provide a power of attorney and the ID card of the trustee;

4. Tax clearance certificate. Before canceling the business, first check whether the license is a two-in-one license. If the registration number is printed on the license, it is not a two-in-one license, and a tax clearance certificate is not required. If it is a unified social credit code, it is a two-in-one license, and a certificate is required. This certificate is issued by the national tax or local tax;

5. Once the procedures are prepared, you can handle it. The place of handling is the industrial and commercial bureau in the jurisdiction.
