跨境电商可以做进口电商或出口电商,下面我们就拿出口电商来说:

1.选择平台:

个人做跨境电商就不可能自建站了,那就得依托现有的销售平台。现在全球流量最高的销售平台有amazon,ebay,wish,速卖通。东南亚有lazada,南美、西欧各国也有自己的区域销售平台。个人卖家可以考虑ebay和速卖通;团队的话选择性就更广了,amazon是全球最大,wish在移动端不容小觑。很多卖家也是先做好一个站点,再推广到其他站点的。

2.爆款与选品:

打造爆款产品做基础。不管你选择哪个跨境电商平台,卖家每月或每年都要向平台支付一定的租金,销售爆款来走好你卖家生涯的第一步,快速盈利来保证店铺的正常运作。毕竟,好的开端是成功的一半。

如果说内容是媒体的生命,那选品就是电商的生命。如果你是工厂主或者与某工厂有关系,能低于市场价采购到质量优于市场的商品,那恭喜你,已经赢了一半了。如果是个小白,在批发市场拿点货倒卖倒卖的话,可以去阿里巴巴,还有义乌,珠三角,长三角等各大批发市场。

3.物流与存货

物流的话,前期不多,直接用邮政小包,具体可以去邮政店面和官网咨询,一般按重量收费,不会很贵,像一个手表的话,邮递去美国也就是16块钱邮寄费加8块钱挂号费而已;后期量大了之后,再使用海外仓备货,就是将货交给有海外仓的物流公司,备货在国外,国外消费者下了订单之后,直接从国外发货,提高配送速度,如果使用得好的话,海外仓可以给你提高客户体验的同时降低运营成本;这里有一点需要注意的,你卖货收到的钱都是外币,想要结转到国内需要再去申请结汇,最好办银行卡的时候直接使用双币卡。

在跨境电商平台销售产品,没有人会知道销售的爆发期在什么时候。如果跨境电商卖家在销售之前备货不足,在真正迎来爆发期的时候,库存不足则会严重影响你的发货效率和利润。寻找优质产品,以充足的产品存货作为跨境电商的重要保障。

4.提高效率

互联网经济、大数据时代的快速发展,快节奏的大众生活影响着我们的日常生活,网购要快,物流要快,交货要快。所以卖家在选择产品时可以优先选择快速售出的产品,以满足消费者快速收货的心理需求。

5. 优质的售后服务

对消费者进行及时跟踪,邮件回复及时附带相关产品进行宣传,成功交易之后,为消费者提供优质的售后服务。有利于提高买卖双方之间的忠诚度,建立稳固的粉丝群。
