FBM就是指亚马逊仅作为销售平台,卖家自己的货源渠道,店铺有客户下单后,通过国际快件包裹送到国外客户的手中,但是速度一般10-20天客户才能收到货,这叫做自发货模式。你可以完全控制库存储存和履行过程,如果你的业绩不错,那么这样可以大大降低成本,向亚马逊支付更低的费用;如果你是多渠道销售的卖家,自己负责交付会让你更容易备货和跟踪库存。亚马逊FBM模式是一种低风险的跨境电商经营模式,对于新加入跨境电商行业的卖家非常适合,而且想试水跨境电商行业,FBM模式是一个很好的选择。

The second FBM model
