2月1日,淘宝将正式上线“亲情账号”,它旨在构建一种全新的用户关系,让每个家庭都可以简单分享。用户可以通过添加亲情帐号,连接家中长辈、子女、配偶情侣,实现全家人的流畅沟通和便捷支付。“平等对待每一个消费者,关注到不同人群的不同需求,让更多人享受互联网红利,这是淘宝做亲情帐号的初心。”淘宝互动业务负责人丁健表示。
一键唤起子女
绑定亲情账号后,长辈可以在淘宝上一键唤起子女
淘宝亲情帐号该如何使用?据介绍,首先,子女用户打开“我的淘宝”,选择“亲情帐号”。用户可以选择创建“父亲”或“母亲”角色关系,或对父母进行注册邀请,或直接绑定父母淘宝帐号。其次,完成亲情关系绑定后,父母的手机淘宝将切换成专属页面,页面有悬浮的子女用户头像。在任何场景下,父母可以一键唤起子女,发起聊天、电话、发送产品链接来沟通交流,做出购买决策。最后,在支付环节中,父母还可以在无需绑定银行卡的情况下,选择“代我付”或“亲密付”来完成购买。
淘宝互动业务的负责人季山表示,除了重构产品框架,淘宝亲情帐号给用户带来的改变还体现在其他维度。例如,亲情帐号将针对特定人群筛选出专属的优质折扣商品、优惠权益等。“多一些柴米油盐,多一些爸妈会高频购买的商品。比如天猫超市1小时达业务,都会出现在爸妈手机淘宝的首页上。”季山称。
为爸妈网购保驾护航
季山表示,与年轻人相比,老年人的在线购物知识可能还存在一定的短板,保障老年人网购安全也是需要特别关注的问题。
“首先,我们希望,在消费者端,子女成为父母网购的第一个老师,帮助老年人识别一些商品;与此同时,在逆向交易的过程中,比如退货退款等,子女也能够介入交易流程,协助父母完成。”
其次,在平台侧,无论是导购还是搜索,淘宝都对背后的商品池做了梳理与算法的推荐。“希望我们为老人推荐出来的商品更加有保证,我们会通过技术手段,把一些可能隐藏风险的商品往后放。”季山称。
第三在服务侧,为了服务好长辈,淘宝客服团队搭建了专门团队与应对方案,为新手们“触网”保驾护航。

事实上,随着银发经济的崛起,爸妈们的网购需求一直在快速发展。据2017年民政部数据显示,全国60岁以上人口高达2.3亿,他们中使用手机的比例超过80%,其中不少是智能手机。
另据阿里巴巴集团数据,全国50岁以上的“剁手军团”已十分庞大,仅淘宝天猫上就有近3000万。其中,50岁-59岁临退休人群是主力军,占比高达75%,大多是90后和80后的爸妈。而在2017年,全国50岁以上的消费者网购,人均消费近5000元,人均购买的商品数达到44件。

在体验完淘宝“亲情帐号”后,64岁退休教师刘艳萍表示,“淘宝做的亲情账号让我很有感触。现在年轻人们工作节奏这么快,平时能花时间和父母沟通的机会并不多,而淘宝则是鼓励了老人和年轻人走到一起。不管是子女给爸妈淘宝,还是爸妈给子女淘宝,都是一种亲情的体现、亲情的延续。”

Jishan said that compared with young people, the elderly may still have some shortcomings in online shopping knowledge, and ensuring the safety of online shopping for the elderly is also an issue that needs special attention.
"First, we hope that on the consumer side, children will become the first teacher of their parents' online shopping and help the elderly identify some products; at the same time, in the process of reverse transactions, such as returns and refunds, children can also intervene in the transaction process and assist their parents to complete it."
