There is a regulation, 12 points will be deducted. When the violation points reach 12 points, Taobao will freeze the account (without restricting website login), and the user will need to take a Taobao assessment. After passing the assessment, the user's freeze will be lifted.

If the user does not receive 12 points during the scoring period, the points will be cleared (not frozen) from 00:00 on January 1 of the next natural year. Taobao will deduct a certain number of points for each violation, and the deduction standard is implemented in accordance with the "scoring standard".

When a user violates the same violation type for a specified number of times (i.e. the highest number of violations in the table), Taobao will permanently block the user's account and no further learning or activation will be allowed.
