第二步小二审核中的违规,是小二正在努力帮您审核,,如有需要您补充凭证的情况,会回到待您处理的违规中,让您及时补充;如果申诉通过,记录会自动清除;如申诉未通过,且无法再次申诉,请在违规记录中查看详情对于最近发生、但您无法进行任何处理的记录,或者已经处理完结的记录,请您直接前往违规记录查看。
第三步违规记录,是查找近两年已经直接判定且结果无法改变的违规记录、或者已经有处理结果的违规记录,以及全部申诉记录。到这一步了,那就没法申诉很快撤销了,只能等这一年的12月31日后进入下一年,你这些违规记录会撤销,当然如果扣分不超过24分会撤销,如果超过24分将进入下一年,下一年如果表现好的话,在年终才会撤销。
违规记录虽然没法更改了,但是也要重视,因为列举了违规对象,违规类型,处置方式,扣分分值和详细。可以查下是那个商品出了问题,看具体的处罚原因和违规事件,处理方法。而且一般都会有小二的提醒,告诉你哪里需要改进和避免再次出这个问题。
