First, enter the login interface on the homepage of Taobao's official website, fill in your account number and password, and click Login

Click [Account Management] next to the avatar to enter the settings.

Jump to the account management page, select [Identity Authentication], and click to authenticate

The page goes to the Alipay real-name authentication page, and click [Upload Documents]

After clicking Upload Documents, the requirements for the image of the document will be displayed. Prepare the document according to the requirements

After preparing the qualified document image, fill in the information according to the prompts, and upload the document in the corresponding location.

After the information is filled in and the document is uploaded successfully, click [Submit] at the bottom.
