客服工资高，既然已经厌烦文员工作。如果你年轻，就应该让自己多学点东西，果断选客服。
客服应该有提成，或者有职业上升空间，比如店长、运营经理，我猜的。
不了解淘宝。客服如果不忙的时候，应该可以捎带干点文员的工作。如果你学点PHOTISHOP就有用武之地。实在不喜欢客服，客服转文员也好转。

Customer service should have commissions, or have room for career advancement, such as store manager, operation manager, I guess.
I don’t know Taobao. If customer service is not busy, you should be able to do some clerk work. If you learn some PHOTISHOP, it will be useful. If you really don’t like customer service, it’s better to switch from customer service to clerk.
