1. Open and log in to the homepage of Taobao official website, and then click "Contact Customer Service"---"Seller Customer Service" in the upper right corner of the Taobao homepage.

2. After jumping, enter "Global Purchase Service Terms" in the search box at the top of the page and click Search.

3. After searching for the Global Purchase Service Terms, we find and click the option titled "Global Purchase Service Terms" in the list of results.

4. After entering the Global Purchase Service Terms details page, if you use the wireless terminal, just click the "How to register for the wireless terminal" in the first paragraph of the details page.

5. Check whether you meet the Global Purchase Seller Qualification Requirements. On the Global Purchase Service Terms Details page, scroll down and you will see a warm reminder, then click "Click this link".

6. Next, you will jump to the page for applying for Taobao Global Purchase Entry Conditions. Sellers with ticks under the seller qualifications are qualified, and those with crosses are unqualified. When all the requirements are met, Global Shopping will include you as a Global Shopping seller in the next review cycle.

Note: Global Shopping sellers are not permanent and will be reviewed in each period. If the next review does not meet the standards, their Global Shopping seller qualification will be revoked.
