1. Basic requirements for the refund rate and number of refunds due to quality reasons in the past 30 days: The industry multiple of the refund rate due to quality reasons is not more than 3, and the number of refunds due to quality reasons in the past 30 days is not more than 1.

2. Requirements for refunds for store disputes in the past 30 days: the number of refunds for disputes in the past 30 days is less than 3, and the refund rate for disputes in the past 30 days is no more than 5 times the industry ratio.
