Viya (viya, September 7, 1985-), whose real name is Huang Wei, was born in Lujiang County, Anhui Province. She is a female anchor and singer in mainland China and a member of the National Youth Federation.

In 2007, she formed the hip-hop group T.H.P with D-dico and doubleG, and served as the group's lead singer. Since 2019, she has personally traveled to Yunnan, Anhui, Hunan, Qinghai, Henan, Heilongjiang, Hubei and other places to do public welfare poverty alleviation live broadcasts, using the innovative poverty alleviation method of "buying instead of donating" to achieve targeted poverty alleviation.

In December 2021, the tax authorities found that Huang Wei evaded 643 million yuan in taxes from 2019 to 2020 by concealing personal income, making false declarations of fictitious business to convert the nature of income, and underpaid 60 million yuan in other taxes. The State Administration of Taxation Hangzhou Taxation Bureau Inspection Bureau recovered her tax evasion and fined her 1.341 billion yuan. On the 20th, Huang Wei posted an apology letter on her official Weibo, saying that she felt deeply guilty and fully accepted the punishment decision. On the 21st, Huang Wei was removed from the Internet Integrity Promotion Ambassador.
