You can add a store to favorites on Taobao by following the steps below:

1. Open the Taobao app or the computer version of Taobao, and click the "Add Store to Favorites" button on the store page.

2. If you have not logged in to your Taobao account, you will be prompted to log in first.

3. After clicking the "Add Store to Favorites" button, the store will be added to your "My Taobao - Favorites - Store Favorites".

4. You can also click the "Customer Service" button on the store page to enter the online customer service page. There is a "Favorites" button in the upper right corner. Click it to add the store to favorites.

5. In "My Taobao - Favorites - Store Favorites", you can view all the stores you have favorited, and manage and filter them.
