If you cannot subscribe to Taobao, check if it is a network problem or a client problem. Restart the client and log in again to see if you can get in.

The Taobao subscription method is as follows:

1. Enter the Taobao homepage on your mobile phone and click on the product image of the store you want to follow.

2. Enter the product display page and click "Enter the store".

3. Enter the store page and click "Subscribe" in the upper right corner.

4. If the subscription success window pops up, it means it is successful.
