In 1995, Ruan Liping quit his job and decided to rely on himself to rectify the industry order of "only 10 out of 30 products are qualified products". Since others can't do it well, he will do it himself. So he made up his mind, borrowed 20,000 yuan, and founded Bull Electric Appliance Company. Because he was determined at the beginning, Ruan Liping designed the Bull socket from the exterior to the interior by himself, and he would never cut corners.

After 2000, Ruan Liping began to benchmark against international manufacturers and began to promote his Bull socket overseas. Because of the novel design and excellent quality, companies in many countries began to cooperate with Ruan Liping and imported Bull sockets as international high-quality electrical accessories.
