1. First, open the Qianniu client (version: 7.26.05N) on the computer desktop, enter the login page after opening, enter the account and password you need to create a group and click to log in.

2. After clicking to log in, the system automatically enters the Qianniu homepage page, where you can see some common entrances to stores.

3. Find the customer operation entrance in the common entrances, as shown in the red mark in the figure below, in the middle area of ​​the page, click the customer operation page.

4. Next, you can see the Taobao group chat entrance. Click Taobao group chat to enter the Taobao group chat page.

5. After entering the Taobao group, we need to click the homepage entrance at the top of the page, as shown in the red mark in the figure below.

6. On the right side of the homepage page, you can see the entrance to create a group chat. Click Create Group Chat to enter the creation editing page, as shown in the figure below. After setting it up, click Create.
